What happens if we don't use all our trips?

They don't disappear. Unused trips roll over to next year on Explorer and Adventurer plans. We're not in the business of stealing your money. On Expedition, we adjust your next invoice based on actual usage.

Can we change plans mid-year?

Yep. Happens all the time. Scaling up? Down? We'll adjust your billing on a pro-rata basis. Just give us a heads up so we can update things on our end.

Do hidden fees exist? Seriously.

No. What you see is what you pay. Flights, hotels, transfers, support—all covered. The only extra charges are actual trip costs (flights, hotels, meals) which show up transparently in your monthly invoices.

What if we need something not listed in these plans?
